Exchange Policy

 All the fancy stuff we're required to say about returns and exchanges:

  • Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return or exchange, please begin by notifying us via our contact page for further instructions. 
  • Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

For refunds: If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs on these items are non-refundable. 

For exchanges: Return the item in its original packaging. If the item is defective or damaged, please indicate so in your email. If you need to exchange for the same item in a similar or different size, please indicate it in your email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you're exchanging the item for another size, the cost of shipping your new garment will be Ironweed Apparel's responsibility.

 You will be refunded return shipping costs only if an error occurred in order processing and the wrong item was sent. Immediately upon the return of the incorrect item, the correct item will be shipped to you without additional charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
